Electronic repairs
We can offer repairs to a huge range of electronic controls systems / units with confidence, due mainly to our great experience in many different fields of engineering over the years, from machine shops to production lines.

Some of our experience has led us into DC spindle drives on milling machines with older drive units such as Contraves , Mitsubishi and KTK units
Pressflow robots are an example of one type of robot we are familiar with and its controls from the Lenze inverter used and the B&K PLC’s as well as the Pressflow (paradigm), teach pendants connected to the system; with options of uploading, downloading and saving key software programs held within.
Advantech / Siemens / Aaeon HMI (human machine interface) units are just some of the HMI’s that we have done.
We have also had great success in repairing tactile keyboards / pads by use of conductive paint, this can be of great benefit if your keypad is broken, or one or two keys do not work correctly.
A benefit of having a manufacturing division is that unrepairable equipment can be sometimes upgraded.
